How we do it
To have meaningful impact on the U.S. health care system requires combined strength, pooled knowledge, shared mission, and effective orchestration.
Our teams think and work differently, giving each project an initial time horizon of 30 days to validate that we still believe in the project’s potential. At that gate, we either invest another 60 days in the project or archive it and move on. These resource constraints force teams to rapidly develop a deep understanding of where the value lies and focus primarily on the white spaces—those aspects of the solution that have not been addressed successfully elsewhere.
